As prescribed by the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations , the person having control of a workplace or access to that workplace, i.e. employer, self-employed person, main contractor, must ensure that all plug-in electrical equipment and residual current devices (RCDs) at the workplace are safe and appropriately inspected, tested and tagged and by a competent and trained person.

Holdens Electrical Contracting can carry out all testing and tagging every 3, 6, 12 months to meet the current requirements.

Residual Current Devices can also be tested at the same time and added to a log book for OH&S verification and management.

We can also arrange for a reminder contact or automatic scheduling for retesting to keep you compliant with work safe and to minimize equipment being non compliant.

All services provided by Holdens Electrical Contracting are fully compliant with AS/NZS 3760:2010 in-service safety inspection and testing of electrical equipment standard.
